Dr. Victoria Neiman is a medical oncologist and head of the Oncology Inpatient Department at the Davidoff Center for Cancer Treatment and Research at Rabin Medical Center, Petach Tikva. Her clinical focus is urologic oncology, alongside consultation, diagnosis, and treatment of various oncological conditions.
In parallel with her clinical work, Dr. Neiman is active in oncology research — with focus on kidney tumors, urinary tract and prostate cancer. Her therapeutic approach combines evidence-based medicine with genuine listening to every patient and their family.
Beyond her clinical and research work, Dr. Neiman devotes significant time to medical education — mentoring, guiding, and training whole generations of young oncologists, passing on the clinical knowledge and experience she has gathered over more than three decades.
In addition, Dr. Neiman serves as an oncologist at Maccabi Healthcare Services and heads a community immunotherapy project — an initiative to make advanced immunotherapy treatments accessible to oncology patients within the community, closer to home.
